We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days from the date of purchase.


🔁 How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return in one of the following ways:


📦 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Returns will not be accepted for opened or damaged products (unless damaged during delivery)


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened cans or partially used packs

  • Items returned after the 30-day window


📍 Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. wrong item sent or damage in transit).
